Rental Guidelines:

• We look for a credit score of 600 or above. Between 500-600 is considered conditional and up to each Owner to decide.

• We look for a gross monthly income of 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent.

• We look for no more than 3 items in collections, excluding student loan and medical bills.

• We screen for bankruptcies, foreclosures and evictions.
